Gentlemen of Excellence is a Christ-centered mentorship program of The Upward Grace Initiative, committed to shaping young men ages 10–18 (grades 6–12) into leaders of integrity, discipline, and purpose. This multi-year initiative nurtures spiritual maturity, academic excellence, and social responsibility, preparing boys to become men of Godly character and influence.
Built on a foundation of faith, mentorship, and community engagement, the program includes structured workshops, mentorship relationships, and hands-on activities that build confidence, leadership skills, and future readiness. A strong emphasis is placed on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), exposing participants to fields where men of color remain underrepresented — while reinforcing biblical leadership and personal responsibility.
