Ladies of Elegance is a Christ-centered mentorship initiative of The Upward Grace Initiative, designed to empower young women ages 10–18 (grades 6–12) through a holistic, multi-year journey of personal growth, academic enrichment, and spiritual formation. Rooted in biblical principles and community impact, this program develops young ladies into poised, purposeful leaders of tomorrow.
Participants engage in a tiered curriculum that focuses on etiquette, leadership, social-emotional learning, college and career readiness, and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) exposure — particularly highlighting the role of women of color in these fields. Through monthly workshops, hands-on activities, field trips, and mentorship from faith-filled women professionals, participants gain tools to thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.
